How to File Bankruptcy for Free

Is it possible to file bankruptcy for free, How do I file bankruptcy for free, how to file bankruptcy for free, file bankruptcy for free, how to file BK for freeAs your financial situation turns into a downward spiral, you begin to ponder...

"How do I file bankruptcy for free"? "Is it possible to file bankruptcy for free?"

It is mainstream knowledge that you must spend about $700 (or more) to file bankruptcy. In this post I am going to tell you "how to file bankruptcy for free"....(can you?)

Like anything else, filing BK can be done yourself. DIY (do it yourself) bankruptcy is very easy and fairly painless if you are an organized person. However, there is no way you can possibly file bankruptcy for free...not 100% free. I know you're probably dead broke, but they still make you pay. LOL

Why, you ask? What are you paying for? Well, read the following free bankruptcy info to find out:

Well, first of all, there are bankruptcy filing fees that everyone must pay when filing bankruptcy. Sometimes it is possible to get these filing fees waived, but this is certainly not likely to happen unless you have extremely low or no income. You cannot file bankruptcy for free. Most of the time you are required to pay upfront and in a few circumstances you can set up a payment plan.

Second, the are new bankruptcy laws in effect that require you to take credit education classes. And nope...they aren't free. They cost about $60. You might be able to get these for free if you have an attorney through a free legal aid program AND can quialify with a low enough income. Once again, you can't learn how to file bankruptcy for free - even if you wanted to.

Third, there is the inevitable cost of an attorney. Sometimes there are state funded programs where you can get legal representation for free, but there are waiting lists for these programs. For most people, getting legal aid for free is out of the question.

As always, I am providing free bankruptcy information with my honest answers. I hope you get some value out of this.

So does this answer your question about "how to file bankruptcy for free"? Look at it this way: There's no such thing as a free lunch...and there's no such thing as a free bankruptcy! Plain and simple! End of story!

Free Bankruptcy Info

bankruptcy questions, free bankruptcy information, free information about bankruptcy, bankruptcy blogHi everyone! I am writing this blog to give out free information about bankruptcy and to answer your bankruptcy questions. I know there is a lot of crap out there and I want to set the record straight on what is valid and what is not. Filing for bankruptcy can be an emotional as well as confusing time for even the best of us. It can lead to feelings of anger, shame, and even depression. However, don't fret! While these feelings are normal, they can certainly be countered - and quickly, too. Bankruptcy is not the end of the world! In fact, it can be a new beginning. Just play your cards right, folks, and you can be on your way to a new life with new lessons learned.

Take it from me (and I'm an old timer!)... Everyone slips up financially sometimes and in a horrible economy like we have in the present, slipping up and filing bankruptcy is almost inevitable for most of us. I mean, look at it this way: Even Donald Trump (who has billions) has gone down the path of bankruptcy. It is not a rare thing!!! I hope my free bankruptcy information can help you out and lead you in a positive direction. Most of all, I hope my advice and info can give you new insight on life and your finances. Look at this as a fresh start - and all from free bankruptcy information you read on the internet!

The world is a cold, harsh place for all of us. It shows us no mercy and doesn't let up, even in the bleakest of moments. That is why I feel it is my duty to offer you up my best bankruptcy advice from my years of experience and answer your bankruptcy questions with honesty and integrity. I know this is not easy, so hang in there!

With the housing market the way it is and foreclosures practically multiplying overnight, it's no wonder bankruptcy filings are doing the same! Financial problems are multiplying like rabbits! Everyone is in trouble! People are losing jobs left and right... Businesses (prominent businesses, I might add) are going under and filing for bankruptcy protection... People are becoming homeless... This is utter chaos! Every time I watch the news or look at a news website I get depressed and start wondering what's going to happen next! Is this Murphy's Law right before my very eyes: "what can go wrong will go wrong"? Aye yi yi!! I'll bet you are wondering this same exact thing! Don't worry! We are all in the same boat. Let's get through it together.

I hope to give you a sense of comfort and friendship in these hard times. I hope my bankruptcy blog will be your oasis. Please look at it that way. I am here to help, so by all means seek my wisdom and heed my advice. Bankruptcy is no laughing matter and is something to be taken seriously. Ask all the bankruptcy questions you need to. I am a patient person who simply likes to give out free information regarding bankruptcies and finance. I have no hidden agenda, so don't worry. There are enough weasels out there to last a lifetime. I will not add to their numbers by being a greedy jerk! I'm sure you agree...

Another thing I want to mention (and I'm sure I'll keep repeating it throughout this bankruptcy blog so many times that you'll be tired of it) is this: Do not use bankruptcy as an excuse to be irresponsible. My point here is to do the best you can - and if your best isn't good enough, then file bankruptcy to make your life easier. Do not spend money on stupid crap you don't need and then simply file for bankruptcy so you don't have to pay for it. I see people do that all the time and it annoys the hell out of me! That behavior is for losers! If this is what you did or are doing, then I'd say you deserve all that is coming to you! BE RESPONSIBLE, FOLKS... Do not ask me bankruptcy questions if you are purposely being irresponsible with your finances. I know everyone makes mistakes, but if you are a blatant criminal or gang banger do not talk to me. Go take over the world or whatever your evil scheme is and leave me the hell alone. LOL

Read my upcoming posts as they will be very helpful and will answer many of your bankruptcy questions or other questions that might arise. I am no stranger to this topic and I'm ready and willing to face all your questions. Stay tuned and be patient as my posts might come along a little slow due to "real word" interference. I can't stay in the cyber world 24/7 ya know! I must admit that I do spend a bit of time gaming…lol… Maybe if I can pull myself away from it this weekend I’ll write a post for you guys!

I have plans for posts on "how to file bankruptcy step-by-step", "how much does it cost to file bankruptcy", "bankruptcy questions" (FAQs), and much more. Also, I'll dive into the world of post-bankruptcy issues and coping with your bankruptcy after it is discharged. I also have plans for explaining the difference between chapter 7 bankruptcy, chapter 11 bankruptcy, and chapter 13 bankruptcy. All will be revealed! All will be spoken! All in one place! For free! I'll keep you posted!

So to wrap it up (I know I wrote an epic novel here)... Don't be too hard on yourself if you are doing the best you can. It's a tough world out there and everyone can use some help these days. Shoot away with your BANKRUPTCY QUESTIONS and I will provide all the free bankruptcy information and advice I possibly can. Free information about bankruptcy is my specialty! Come and get it!!!
